Support

Answers to common questions, and how to reach us.

Which devices does ANASPIRA support?

ANASPIRA is designed for iPhone and requires iOS 17 or later. The full experience, including haptic breathing cues, needs a physical iPhone — vibrations are not available in the iOS Simulator or on devices without a haptic engine.

How do I change my flower?

Tap the resting flower on the meditation screen (or use Choose Flower) to open the visual picker. Selecting a flower returns you to your session immediately, and your choice is saved for next time.

How do the colour cues work?

During a session the background moves through green as you breathe in, yellow as you hold, and blue as you breathe out. Follow the colour rather than counting — your pace will settle naturally.

Can I turn off the vibrations or colours?

Yes. Both the haptic cues and the colour transitions can be switched off at any time from the controls on the main screen.

Is my data collected?

No. ANASPIRA has no accounts, analytics, or tracking. Your preferences stay on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is ANASPIRA a medical app?

No. ANASPIRA is a wellness tool for relaxation and general wellbeing, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please read the Health & Safety notice before your first session.
